Amrop combines local expertise with global resources in an agile partnership. Every year, we complete more than 200 assignments in (cross border) searches, succession planning and leadership assessments for Partners, Senior Executives, Directors and Practice Leaders in global, regional and local Professional Services firms around the world.

We address the needs of firms in the following service areas:

  • Strategy & Management Consulting
  • Audit and Tax
  • Legal

Leaders For What’s Next in Professional Services must be particularly agile, forward thinking and strategic. They face critical questions impacting organizational culture, member loyalty, and competitive advantage.

How can centralization and decentralization be reconciled? How can global conformity and local responsiveness be credibly engineered? How can specialization and generalization be seamlessly integrated? In the quest to gain market share whilst sustaining brand reputation, how to balance core competence focus and portfolio extension?

Meanwhile, relentless pressure on fees demands innovative and ROI-based pricing models. And in a discrete sector, senior professionals need powerful skills and networks to track and anticipate competitive dynamics, regulatory changes, and advances in technology if their organizations are to thrive and lead.

What’s Next for your firm? How can you ensure that your new leaders are on board, motivated and fit for the future?

Looking at the region, overall growth of the consulting industry has slowed in both Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates and the rest of the GCC. Despite the decrease in spending this has not decreased the number of challenges faced in the region. Both Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates have introduced “Value-Added” Tax or VAT creating a circumstance where all businesses across the region need to reconfigure their systems to deal with this factor. Focusing on Saudi Arabia specifically, the drive for reform in the country has been galvanized in both the public and private sector by Vision 2030 and the National Transformation Program, creating an environment full of both opportunities and challenges.
